Willington, Connecticut is a small Connecticut town located in Tolland County situated in the eastern part of the state near the Willimantic River. While it was incorporated in 1727 under the name of Wellington, in connection to Wellington, Somersetshire where Henry Wolcott was born, the grandfather of Roger Wolcott.
